A Mental Performance Consultant can support you and help you develop mental skills that can help you be more successful in sport and in life. By building a relationship with my clients, I can help you stay motivated and focused, helping you reach your goals.
The terms of each client's program are determined by assessing the needs of the client and are designed to fit your individual goals and plans. Clients can choose to schedule individual sessions, or commit to a package of sessions. This will be discussed in your Introductory Consultation.
The first step is to schedule a free 30 minute introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how we can work together and what our next steps should be from there. If the client is a minor, please have a parent or guardian attend the Zoom session with the athlete.
