Athletes work with us to hone and develop mental skills such as confidence, goal setting, mindfulness, positive self-talk, pre-performance routines, and overcoming performance anxiety.
We offer team building sessions and workshops for sports teams, as well as teams of co-workers. We can tailor a program to help your team perform more cohesively and effectively.
Coaches can benefit from having their own coach, too! We work with coaches to help them create positive, motivational, and caring climates, which have been proven to help teams be more successful.
Parents are an important part of the support team for athletes. We offer sessions with parents to help them parent athletes, especially those athletes who may be struggling.
